High-intensity disability supports
Some participants need additional assistance with complex daily care tasks. Our trained disability support workers follow individual care instructions while respecting each person’s preferences, communication, dignity and choices.
What is it?
Support for activities that carry higher risk.
We provide disability supports within each worker’s training and role. Contact our team to discuss your goals, preferences and the supports Santi is able to deliver.
What we support
Santi works alongside external health practitioners and allied health professionals where appropriate. Our workers follow documented participant-specific instructions; we do not provide clinical treatment or develop clinical plans.
Participants remain involved in decisions about their supports and choose who they wish to involve.

We coordinate with the people you choose to involve and discuss changes to your support needs.
