Santi was founded on a simple belief—everyone deserves the support they need to live a meaningful and independent life.

With a background in community services and years of hands-on experience, Akshay leads Santi with compassion, integrity and a deep commitment to participants and families.

His vision is to build a team and a culture where people feel valued, listened to and empowered to achieve their goals.
