Akshay Vashist
Akshay is the compassionate driving force behind Santi Support Services. With a background in nursing, he founded Santi just two years ago with a vision to provide exceptional support. Starting as a one-person operation, Akshay's dedication and commitment to quality care has nurtured Santi into the thriving provider it is today. He believes in fostering a supportive environment where our participants and staff feel valued and empowered to achieve their goals. Akshay enjoys spending his free time connecting with friends over food and going to the gym.
CARE DIRECTOR
Caley Rice
With a genuine passion for people, Caley is Santi Support Services dedicated Operations Manager. Before Santi, Caley was a Support Coordinator, where her warm personality and commitment to client well-being shines through. Now she brings that same dedication to overseeing Santi's day-to-day operations. She takes staff and client safety incredibly seriously and can often be found on the road, visiting our participants and Staff to ensure everyone feels supported and heard. When Caley isn’t working she loves being outdoors with her fur babies and catching up with friends and trying new foods.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jade Baumanis
Jade is a friendly face within Santi's Admin Team. With a background as a Support Worker, she brings a deep understanding of client needs and a genuine passion for helping others to her role. Jade thrives in the dynamic environment of the office, enjoying the diverse range of tasks that come her way. From managing HR procedures to supporting clients and staff on the floor, Jade is always willing to step back into a support worker role, demonstrating her commitment to Santi. Outside of work, you can find Jade being crafty (sewing, 3D design, painting) and spending time with loved ones (especially her pets!)
HR & ADMINISTRATION
Nina’s genuine love and passion for helping people has helped her grow from one of our amazing Team Leaders into our Learning and Development Coach. Nina is a Registered Nurse, and an Ambulance Attendant, and has been an invaluable support worker at Santi. Nina has a deep knowledge and love for health and fitness, which she displays in her work in gyms and by being a sports trainer. Her extensive background in the Healthcare Industry has made Nina the perfect candidate to train and support the staff and participants at Santi. Nina is a happy-go-lucky wife and mum, and she loves spending time with her family when not at work. From cuddling up on the couch to going out for dinner, Nina loves being with her family.

Chloe is the bubbly personality behind Santi's vibrant online presence. With a passion for helping people and a knack for innovative design, She brings a constant stream of fresh ideas to Santi Support Services. Chloe loves to learn and explore new ways to connect with the community and showcase the amazing work that Santi does. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and she's always looking for fun and engaging ways to share Santi's story with the world. In Chloe’s free time she enjoys being fit and active (rock climbing, hiking, Pilates), and making resin art.
Jass radiates a passion for helping and supporting others. As one of Santi's first employees and a valued Team Leader, she has been an integral part of the organization since its inception. Her dedication to providing exceptional support is evident in her pursuit of a Certificate III in Individual Support. Beyond her professional achievements, Jass cherishes her role as a devoted family member and finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones. Driven by a strong desire to empower others, Jass thrives in diverse environments and finds immense satisfaction in helping individuals reach their full potential, finding joy in helping our participants in their day-to-day lives.

Jada Peck
Jada is one of our amazing and dedicated Team Leaders at Santi. Jada brings extensive experience in complex care mental health and co-morbidities to her role. Her invaluable work with Indigenous youth in a residential care setting honed her skills in trauma-informed care, further strengthening her ability to support participants on their journeys. Jada is passionate about helping individuals reintegrate into the community and finds fulfilment in assisting those with medication-resistant mental health concerns through therapeutic approaches. When she's not making a difference in the lives of others, Jada enjoys spending time with her beloved animals and exploring the world through travel.

Kelly's dedication to the community and disability sector shines through her 10+ years of experience. With a Diploma in Community Services, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting young children with complex disabilities. Outside of her professional life, Kelly finds joy in fitness, exploring the outdoors with her two canine companions, Louie and Frankie, and expressing her creativity through drawing. Driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of others, Kelly strives to provide her clients with the highest quality of life possible. It is this passion that fuels her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Vinod is a fantastic support worker and strives to be the best and give the best every day. Outside of work, Vinod finds joy and creativity in the kitchen, where he enjoys experimenting with new recipes and flavours. A natural conversationalist, Vinod values engaging in meaningful discussions and sharing ideas with others. When he's not in the kitchen or engrossed in conversation, Vinod finds solace and adventure on the open road, exploring new destinations and embracing the freedom of driving.
